RMA (Return Material Authorization)

First please check our   FAQ    (discountinued products   FAQ  ) for more information before you return the product.
It could save you much time & effort. Or just   Email to US .

Our company warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of our invoice date. During the warranty period, a product determined by us to be defective in form or function will be repaired or at our option, to be replaced at no charge. This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, or as a result of service or modification other than by us.
( Physically damaged product is not covered )

RMA procedure:

1. fill out the form here;  one product one form.
(If you do not have our original invoice, please get back to your original dealer and return to them for RMA service. Please do not fill the form here, or your service will be delayed. )

2. after checked, we will e-mail and inform you the RMA no.

3. please ship the product back to us with RMA No; Original Invoice No. Product Item No. on the shipping label, with shipment charges prepaid. (we will not accept any shipment without those 3 Numbers on the shipping label.)

4. in about one week after your shipping, (some carrier might be later) come back and check with your RMA status.
